Under GDPR we have to inform you that we hold client’s names, addresses, telephone numbers,
email addresses, details of their animals (including insurance policy details) supplied by the client,
details of purchases and payments generated during normal business activities.

We also hold employee details, supplied by them

This data is held securely either as a hard copy or in electronic files. It is used solely for the conduct
of the Veterinary Practice and (unless there is a legal requirement) it is not shared with third parties
without your permission.

The data is held until we are asked to destroy it. This request must be made in writing to the above
address.

The veracity of the data can be checked by writing to the Company at the above address requesting
a written copy. If the data is incomplete or inaccurate then written requests to amend the data will
be considered. If the request isn’t met then the individual can complain to the ICO.
